| We are quite lucky here in
Missouri, for in years past the Conservation Department has given or sold
for a nominal amount, berry bushes. Black Raspberry, Black Berry and
Gooseberry. These plants produce a wonderful bounty which we try
each year to harvest. Many times though, the birds and deer are just
too quick for us, and we show up bright and early only to see no ripe
berries! This led us to a new product! |

The leaves are
harvested in the afternoons, late fall, and usually after a nice morning
rain. They are then allowed to dry out, the stems removed and sniped
into small sizes. This tea is delicious and wonderful for many
nutritional needs.
